- 50 gParmesan (grated)
- 30 gPine nuts (toasted)
- 2 clovesGarlic
- 100 mlExtra virgin olive oil
- 1 tspSalt

Add basil, pine nuts, garlic and salt to food processor.

Pulse until finely chopped.

Add parmesan and pulse again.

Drizzle in olive oil while running.

Season to taste. Keeps 5 days refrigerated.
