  • 80 gSan Marzano sauce
  • 100 gFior di Latte
  • 5 leavesFresh basil
  • 1 tbspOlive oil

Heat oven to max (250°C+ or pizza oven 450°C).

Stretch dough ball into a circle, thicker at edges.

Spread sauce evenly, leave 2cm border.

Tear Fior di Latte into pieces and distribute.

Bake 60-90 sec in pizza oven (8-10 min in regular).

Add fresh basil and olive oil after baking.
