  • 15 mlOlive oil
  • 10 gSugar
  • 10 gSalt
  • 5 gInstant yeast

Dissolve sugar and yeast in warm water. Wait 5 min.

Combine flour and salt.

Pour in yeast mixture and oil, knead for 10 min.

Rest for 1 hour at room temperature.

Form into a ball, oil it, and cold ferment 24 hours.

Remove from fridge 1 hour before baking at 250°C.
